Peter G.’s Genco Files for Nasdaq IPO

Genco Shipping & Trading Ltd filed for its Nasdaq IPO with the U.S. SEC on Monday. The company is looking to raise up to $350 million with the offering. It is 100% owned by Fleet Acquisition LLC, a limited liability company organized in September of 2004 that is 66.53% owned by Oaktree Capital Management, 26.63% owned by Peter Georgiopoulos and 6.84% owned by others.
